Sao Mai Solar Power Project is one of the largest projects in Southeast Asia, built on an area of 275 hectares, with a total power generation capacity of up to 210 MW, with an investment capital of VND 5,600 billion.
Sao Mai Solar Power Plant Project is divided into 4 phases. Specifically: Phase 1 (46MW); Phase 2 (58MW); Phase 3 (44MW) and the final phase (62MW). By the end of the phase by 2020, the expected electricity production will be more than 302 million kWh/year.
Cam Pha Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company supplies 63 MVA-110 KV transformers meeting technical specifications for the 104MW Sao Mai power plant project: 3-phase transformer, 3 coils immersed in oil, outdoor installation 63 MVA-115/23(11)kv including remote control cabinet, F90 relay inside the remote control cabinet, control cable. After completing the items, in the next 10 years, Sao Mai Solar Power Plant will have a total estimated power generation capacity of 2.5 billion kWh/year, ensuring adequate supply of electricity for production and daily life for the community along the two borders of Vietnam - Cambodia.
